• Organisation data: Organisation name, invite codes, and member lists provided by administrators.
• Exam & assessment data: Questions, answers, scores, attempt timestamps, and violation logs generated during exam sessions.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and session tokens collected automatically when you access the Service.
• Cookie data: Small files stored in your browser to maintain sessions and remember preferences (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users and maintain session security;
• Generate exam scores, reports, and analytics for administrators;
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity;
• Communicate important service updates or security notices;

Organisation administrators may request deletion of their data and all associated candidate records at any time by contacting us. We will process such requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take all commercially reasonable precautions.

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for authentication sessions and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings, such as cookie consent choices.
